Custom-made Identity

Richmond Solution is a system specialized in bilingual educational solutions created by the Santillana Group. Focusing on teaching English as a second language, the institution offers the necessary tools to get this transformation process going on schools by providing academy consulting, faculty training, marketing, international certifications and varied learning resources.

Custom-made

After redefining its products, the company felt a need to redefine its communication to fit the brand’s concept. Therefore, we created a new proposal for its brand identity and institutional website, as well as the names for their different services.

The cornerstone of our work was three strong features that helped is get to the proper names: flexibility, possibilities and resources. The sub-brands came up by the use of imperative verbs that add meaning from the interaction with Richmond Solution.

Richmond Solution Go: Developed for schools that want to get started in the process of bilingual transformation, with 2 to 3 hours of classes weekly;

Richmond Solution Fly: For schools that want to go beyond by offering 4 to 5 hours of classes weekly. This solution enables other disciplines to be taught in English as well.

For the brand identity we expressed versatility and progress: the squared shape of the brand references books and digital screens, and it’s flexible to harbor a variety of content and languages. The titles behave just like the identity does, adding the meaning of going further and thinking out of the box.

We looked at the exercise of repetition, very commonly used when teaching a new language, for the inspiration to work with some words, pictures and illustrations highlighted to reinforce the idea of improvement.

To go full circle on our communication strategy, we developed Richmond Solutions’ website. By affirming its digital presence and showcasing its products, the platform offers different solutions for the schools, such as research, payment methods and marketing material. The whole project focused on a practical, intuitive and responsive browsing experience.
